No refunds/exchanges on non-stock items, custom orders or custom sizes (i.e. cut down), which may be categorized as "SO", Custom Order. On all other products not previously mentioned as non-refundable a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

No credit terms will be given to any customer. Buyer agrees to pay all legal and collection costs for any delinquency in payments. Main Garage Doors Inc. is not liable for consequential damages or the recovery of any other direct or indirect costs. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, representations, or covenants, express or implied, with respect to this product, as to any matter whatsoever. Main Garage Doors will not pay for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, caused by or resulting from defective door section, parts or hardware. In case any disputes arise with this order, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Los Angeles County, California with respect to all matters relating to this order and waive your rights to removal or consent to removal.
